14-day batch-error window
If a batch fails verification or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
Buyer's remorse
Because these are research compounds, we do not accept returns once a vial has been opened or the seal broken.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
